Buff twitches early game or his attack damage by just a little. Its so hard to get a snowball on twitch anymore cause if the enemy team builds any armor early hes completely useless till 28-35 mins when he has runans and IE. Although by that time the other teams has probably already pushed you in too far to farm or even get in a fight..... its annoying.

He’s meant to be bad early game, cause his late game is overwhelmingly strong

Twitch is one of those ADCs that will GREATLY benefit from the overhaul (or near reversion) of the crit items that they're planning to do. I'd hold off on thinking he's weak or asking for buffs until after that overhaul takes place.
