level 10, 1/2/1, bad farm, not even a single item finished, and yet he kills a full life kayn with a single stun. If he can do that then he shouldn't have a stun. Or my champ should do that as well. But that's a pathetic game balance job here.

Also, how is someone playing Kayn gonna complain about bullshit burst potential, you are fucking Kayn, you can do the same thing while your AoE hard cc does damage, unlike Veigars, on a shorter cd while also having survability?
TheCheekySneak2 votesNot even just that, but the Veigar was clearly using Electrocute for even more damage and likely had cheap shot as well to further reduce Kayn's already meager defenses. But I doubt op is gonna take a moment to think about things. He's clearly just salty/venting and isn't likely to be receptive to dissenting opinions.

Sky Cardis1 votesI was Veigar Support and through mid game he was calling me a cheater/hacker because I knew he was hiding in wait in busges so I just surround the bush with my CC and nuke him XD.
1st time: One of my wards was about to give out, so I placed another one. He ran into bush and saw it expired so assumed I had no vision there. Saw him just waiting there so I said my his and goodbye XD 2nd-4th: Since I was seeing his "hiding in bushes" tactic, I just poked at the bushes then wall when Arcane comet goes off XD
They were so rage filled they couldn't get a quick gank kill of squishy champ like Veigar.
