this needs to be fixed

disconnects during champ select , had about 3 or 4 of these today and led me to 30 minute ban , please don't tell me its my internet , it is not .....because according to riot all the problems you will ever have will be your internet , so tell me something i dont know? ...fix this please... i should not be getting punished for crappy servers.
