I've noticed that, the more I play, the more I see certain champions getting the nerf hammer while others like Lee Sin are safe from the ban hammer.
Why is that? Is it truly because of the whole "The plays they can make in E-sports is awesome!" thing?
What are your thoughts?

She has no wave clear, so it's easy to just outscale her on minions. She has no real range, so she must stay relatively close to her target. Falls of late game because her ult is basically useless in teamfights after used. Provides very little CC
If you build a maw and or mercurial she basically becomes useless if your team can protect you as ADC. As mid, Zhonya's just destroys her because you evade her whole combo.
She's very very much outclassed by her similarities, Akali and Fizz.
Fizz has a ranged ult nuke that decimates everything and anything, which gives him high value in team fights.
Akali scales far better than LB as well because hybrid itemization and doesn't have to rely on mana. As long as she get's kills, she can just destroy everything in her path.
LB I'd say has some of the worst scaling in the game, she can't teamfight and relies on kills to feed her. With proper communication and play it's so easy to shut her down it's ridiculous.

Akumu1 votesThats what id like to know. It seems like they are perfectly comfortable with the same champions getting picked/banned in competitive, but when a new champion starts getting played its instantly a target for a nerf.
Expect Lissandra to be nerfed in 1-2 months guaranteed.
