Nerfs kinda gutted him, he viable? yes, but i dunno he's not considered strong anymore, Garen on the other hand is fkn strong, possible buffs?

Good. Hes still a nucience to deal with anyways too many ppl playing riven in bronze/,silver.. dont know how to lane against him.

Garen is even worse, give Frozen Mallet to Soraka and even she can kite him forever

Merc boots just reduce duration, you can keep applying slow.

20% reduction in perma slow doesn't matter.

thats because he was nerfed proper ages ago with his slow being reduced by a lot and his q range being rduced by a lot, the old slow wasnt even a slow but more like a stun for it was a 90 percent slow, now its only like a 40 percent slow i think. Then the adc patch wasnt to kind to him either, Garen however was left untouched and can go back to being the Black cleaver pure tank type champion

Garen is really only strong if he's left alone, and even then only really strong against the person he marked as the villain.

He's really just annoying above anything else as he's so difficult to kill.

Darius is far better than Garen... garen cannot openly trade with him, and cannot stay to spin to win or five stacks become a reailty and a kill is right around the corner.

now he balanced
