Match making - Rigged?

Just wondering if the match making system is rigged at all cause most of the time you just keep losing and maybe 1 win out of 30 losses in a day even if you do decent.

Also the "Friend Party" shouldn't exceeed 1 tier higher than what your supposed to be in that bracket for normal queing imo like most games do
