I need help!

So, lately, I've been having some problems with my games. I have the full understanding on how to win my lane, and so I do win it, every single game(except for some bad games which we all have). But on the majority of my games i allways demolish the oponent. After winning my lane hard(having at least 1-2 kills and 30+ cs lead) I decide to roam mid and bot in order to apply pressure and snowball. After doing that and helping my teammates, they keep on feeding hard, at least 2 of them , one being botlane and second being jg/mid . Many times its my whole team feeding and me being the only fed one, but i have to win game versus 4 fed enemies, if not 5(sometimes they feed my laner as well). My point here is, even though i have the knowledge to win my game and carry other lanes in the process, I can not seem to carry 1v4/5/9 every game, and thus more than half of my losses, are me tryharding my ass, and my team just feeding and not caring. Can someone tell me what i can do about this? It is so tilting , even if i queue for one game and happily win my lane and do my shit to carry them, they keep not listening to calls, and me having to play around them , cause if i do not, i ll die 1v5, but even if i do i ll die 5v5 since 5 enemies can easily destroy me while ignoring the rest of my team(cause they are feeders they cant do much). SO, what do i do? please help , its the only game im good at and enjoy playing, but this season , no matter what i do , i can not win games(and if i do, its because i have a duo, or someone who actually listens to my calls instead of just running it down) HELP! u can check my opgg and please watch the whole games, including teammates and enemies. thank u
