PLEASE LIMIT COOLDOWN PINGS or find a way to diasable them

They have been spammed in my last two ranked games because they are "Fun" to use. Mute all does not work for this. This to me is an "overload of information". For supports and others the bot lane that are just trying to focus and farm. I am a support, but i imagine that they a distraction to everyone. I think they need to be severely time-limited with a disable option in-game on the HUD.
