http://probuilds.net/champions/details/Azir Let's be real, Azir needs buffs. He was over nerfed quite a while ago and has been in an awful state ever since. Winrate is below average and so is his pick rate. He is high risk with low rewards, when I get fed as Azir, I find myself doing no damage to squishies and getting killed very easily. The argument saying why he doesn't do much damage is, "He has more range than most of the other midlaners." However, range is meaningless when Leblanc, Zed, Talon, and many others can just blink or dash towards anybody else. I can see why his pick rate is low, why play someone who is a burden on your team when you can just play Flavor of the Month champions? But I still love him, and he's been far too weak for far too long.

People with over 125 games on him have a 54% winrate on him. He's difficult, and maybe a little weak, but he himself doesn't need buffs. AP itemization does. If people who actually main him have a rather high winrate on him, than does that not prove that buffs are unnecessary?

I'd rather drink rats blood than see that abomination buffed. Legit, Azir gets buffed, I quit. He's a massive cockblock and extremely oppressive if he get's even the sligthest lead, despite his nerfs he might be the mage with the highest dps out of all of them when fully built. He's also quite mobile, which rhymes bad with having massive range and high dps and immense zone control. So no, just nonono.

No. Azir is a toxic champ and needs reworked/rethought.

No one enjoys playing against Azir when he's strong. I don't even enjoy playing against him right now. Constantly auto attacked by a solider I can't even hit over and over again every time I want to hit a last hit is horrible to lane against.

He still see's pro play from time to time anyway.

I've picked him up again recently after getting burnt out on him a few months back.

... Fix his bugs Riot, please and thank you, but for the love of all that is holy don't bring this guy back into his limelight.

When you get ahead THERE IS NOTHING the enemy can do. He's a Hypercarry with a massive skill floor and an unseen skill ceiling, mid 40% winrate is more than acceptable. The only reason he's not seeing much proplay is because most proplay mid laners counter him if I'm not mistaken. The fact that they're playing Azir at all means he's not weak.

Believe me I want nothing more than Azir buffs... But he doesn't really need them. The simple fact is he's useless pre rylais+nashors, but quickly ramps up afterwards, especially after items such as Void Staff and Deathcap. That said his mama is a problem in relation to his item powerspikes, I don't bother with a mana item anymore since it delays my core for too long.
