3 Refunds for all

Ok, So oh many of you have wasted all of your refunds when you first started playing League. I have been for over a year now and looking back i wish i never refunded what i refunded, since what i refunded wasn't Rp worth it was Ip worth and i was just a noob who didnt know any better. Like Riot what do you have to lose to give players there refunds back? Like if i ran a poll, Riot youll see how many people have used there refunds on dumb sh*t when they first started playing.

So on behalf of probably most of the player base of League, Riot please give use 3 refunds that we will use wisely.
