the mmr is around the same in normals.. alot of people who are now diamond dont play normals often and people who do just play normals constantly do. so every once in a while when a diamond decidees to play a normal they do get matched with , silvers quite frequently
Get put up against D3's that can't maintain a 2:1 KDA?....
Well, you have the same MMR for normals. That probably means the Diamond players are just trolling around and don't care if they lose them. Not sure why that one diamond is playing his main though lol.
