Did they ever announce that they were reverting the Q change that makes Poppy unplayable?

I've had to shelf her ever since the patch when I was spamming her before because she was fun. The whole "you don't get to control your own skills" thing instantly killed her for me.

I saw a lot of topics letting them know that it was terrible, but I haven't really kept up with anything lately to see if it was going to get fixed
