Can we get disabling line missile display reworked?

Alright so basically in your settings under interface you can currently disable Line Missile Display. What this does is it stops showing you how wide your skills are but instead shows a circle around you as the range of the skill. Now this works perfectly fine for 99% of champions and its very useful when playing champs like blitz to know the max range of your skill. The biggest problem with this though is Tarics W->E and Illaois Q don't even have range indicators! And then champs like Heimers W or **Dianas Q **or Zed W->Q or Lulu E->Q these skills are just unplayable with Line Missile Display Off. I think that for these champs it should at least have a thin outline of which way the abilities going to hit.
