How do Sion's and Kled's ult "react" to each other.

So I am just wondering what happens if a Sion and a Kled ult at the same time. Does Sion get the Chaaaaarrrge! speed boost? or does he go at his ult speed? And what happens if there's an enemy Kled ulting a sion,who is also ulting. which ult takes "impact" effect 1st?

this is most likely a stupid question but I am just wondering.

Sion's ult has a fixed speed.

I dunno about the first case, but on the second case Sion will pass through Kled upon collision unless Kled directly comes from in front of Sion.
