riot can you buff jax w to slow people?

last season i was diamond 2 and for something reason jax can actually be kited by alot of champs at toplane and the worst part is that after i use my W it feels like i let them runaway so idk :/

The last thing Jax needs is a buff.

Why? Use it like an AA reset or with your jump strike, I would hope a Diamond player would be able to do one of these two things.

He really doesn't need it. EQ auto w is a pretty powerful combo, and you get a stun right after. No need for a slow. If you want one, take Glacial, or buy Frozen Mallet.

there are so many champions that can stop your combos and just get killed lol, riven? fiora? maokai? you even play toplane?

I used to play it a ton, but have since moved to 3s.

That said, I'm aware of what they can do. But you can stop them, too, and proper itemization lets you fight em pretty easily. He's not helpless against them, but bad matchups do exist.

Adding a slow to Jax's W is really not the way to go.

EDIT: Also, I play a lot of Jax atm. I've got a 75% winrate on him in 12 games, not counting ARAM.
