Step 2: DONT ROAM ANYWHERE UNTIL 25 MINUTES PASSES.. PLEASE JUST DONT

Step 3: Is he split pushing? take a person with ignite to 2v1 him and he should die relatively easily

Step 4: He gave up :D congrats! Now just focus the adc into the big boy Nasus and you should win a team fight :D

Sadly, no one wants to adapt and play in a way that would actually hurt him.

And even when the same team with the Nasus has a Soraka and a Wawick, it's a challenge to get the adc to buy a item 3123

Or a jungler could be smart and just camp him so he can't stack. That's always an option.
