@Riot, you purposely downgraded Poppys Q for balance

When i investigated why Q is so out of place, a Riot employee told me that initially Poppy's Q would swing her hammer side ways doing dmg and moving opponents, this would be followed up with E and it would be a Q-->E combo. But.. Riot with their disgusting ways decides to remove that and just add Dmg to Q and the current combo is E-->Q.

effects: E--Q is now the only combo and it's boring and bad for Poppy, Q-->E woulda given Poppy a smoother gameplay but they scrapped gameplay for lazyness to take time and design Poppy right.
