Dragons
The Dragon effects have really been unhealthy for the game, you can litterly get first turret 2nd turret 3rd turret, first blood and enemys get 2 dam mountain drakes and you start to lose every team fight. Ocean and Mountain drakes need a big nerf. Seriously 1 Ocean drake gives you more hp regen than Dr. Mundo's passive. Thats for the entire enemy team mind you, not just 1 champion. Nor is that even considering if they get Mountian or Ocean sol. Damage of Infernal can be outplayed, CDR of the Air drake has a Cap, but Mountain and Ocean drakes completely nullify champions in league.
I prepose 1 either changing their buffs completely or 2 making them only affect the champion that actually killed the dragon. Currently those 2 dragons are worth more than Baron who is supposed to be a superior Monster on the rift. Hell I'd argue 1 mountian or Ocean drake is actually worth more than the Elder Dragon. Esp mountain dragons, if you lose the 1st your 66% more likely to lose the 2nd one as their entire team which is ahead now is even harder to kill. After 3 or sol dam near impossible if they are ahead. Lets not even consider what a 3 Ocean + Sol

is like to face. Pretty much impossible to kill. Same thing for Mundo who will be regening 11.7% of his max hp when wearing
and haveing just 3 oceans not counting Ocean Sol or any other hp regen items he may have. While he's running around with 300 resistances
and 4k hp.
I know some of you will say well you just don't let them get the dragons. But that's a r%%%%%ed Arguement because before the game even begins they got a 50% shot at it. As games are supposed to be even. And being a game there is supposed tobe counter play. Yes there is greavious wounds mechanic but even with that, It litterly puts your team behind further as that effect has been calculated at a gold cost ratio inside the item, which it trades off for damage which the enemy team gets. Besides then your facing 5 dr mundos or 5 tanks bc of mountain even though their champion design was squishy for counter play to them.
Bottem line is, the Ocean and Mountain drakes turn it from a game of skill to a slaughter with no counter play if behind and they need tobe nerfed. Ik the pro's value air soul more but thats because they want better rotations and cdr even though there is a cdr cap. Hp regen needs a cap as far as dragons go and so do resistances. nerf the 2nd and 3rd same type of dragon to be 30% what the first was atleast. I still think it would be best to limit those buffs to 1 champion and not their entire team though.
