Question Reguarding how to report players

Ik about the after game reporting system and even the report feature under support. But How do we report a player in champion select who constantly is calling everyone the N word, telling everyone they should commit sucide, claiming we must dodge or he's gonna feed, stating that Riot is full of N****** ( I believe that is the correct number of * for the rest. Sorry but I refuse to use the real word as its below my personal charater todo so. )

I ask this because about 2 or 3 hours ago I ran into such a player, and had to experience that conduct in the pre game lobby. Yet under support it only allows you to report the last people you played with and does not count that as a dodge. The Summoner who did all those things was going by the name ( M1styD1fference ) I lost the complete copied log of the player as after I pasted it in support, I copied his/her name to place it in who I was reporting section then clicked to submit it. Only to be greeted by You can only summit reports on players you recently played with. So now All I have saved is that name, unless anyone knows how I can get the preivious ctlr+c copy of it. I'm not that good on computers I simply know the basics.

So That is why I ask, and also I put the name of the summoner in this incase You guys enforcing Riots rules and regulations can look the log up somehow. It was in ranked solo/duo. I'm not an african american, can't even spell it properly lol, but even I find it to be Hate speech when people say the N word about 30 times in varius ways, none of it in a harmless fashion as is done on TV from time to time when 2 of the same race speak it and mean nothing ill about it. I also get very concerned about players telling others to kill them selves. What if that was the last straw, that tipped that person over the edge. Sucide is not a laughable subject in the slightest. Many family today have felt its pain.

Sorry about the Rant, but that summoners behavor bothered me deeply. We are here to play league of legends, a game. A games primary function is to be fun. There is nothing fun about Racism, or sucide. Thankyou.

They record the pregame lobby chat and have done so since season 6. They have no intent of banning these people unless it causes a public outrage, the same chinese family that owns the controlling share in tencent owns wangyu. Wangyu serves 50 million people a day worldwide every PC in these places comes loaded with scripts and hacks for every online game ever created. This is the only reason they don't do hardware bans. Its racketeering this is why they only pretend to care about anything, its all about image, its the chinese government way. Its also why you can find endless people selling these scripts with google but almost no one talking about them, they pay google to scrubs these results, not only google but also duckduckgo. I've had a bit better results using bing but still massively censored. Reddit is also being paid to remove people's accounts who post proofs. Its a criminal organization.
