darius nerf on patch 1.26.2017 (what about the ult decrase in damage?)

i know about he big so called buff noxian might, and as a darius main also know about so called nerfs to balance his buff. he already has less burst to balance out the noxian might, nerfs like less starting ad, no atk speed decrease (w), that repeated hook nerf and even the 1 where he pull'd out of his range, but no1 gets it that the animation was of his axe will reach the opponent, and then after REACHING the opponent, the said, opponent will dashout, or flash out, and the hook drags the enemy back, while I was satisfied not being able to pull ezreal and flashes anymore, the rest of those pesky dashes repeated escape like riven, lee,renekton is just weak . FYI ya I am still talking about the hook reaching them b4 they dash, now it reaches them, and they just simply dash out of the hook after it reaches them........ he also had to time it well too to grab mid thresh lantern. pre hook, now its impossible. and the famous ult damage nerf, like I get it with the new passive on a late game darius has huge bursts, yeah..... but b4 this passive even a 3 to 4 stack guillotine would used to do a decent chunk of damage, but now? he cant even kill a quarter of health squeshees in general. And even with a 5 stacks the passive ad buff on his ult damage early, is not the same level of damage (less) as his late game ult damage ( holy shit ! ) pre nerf. which was still ok tho. But now the passive nerf again, but I think riot forgot about his ult? where he is depended on that passive bonus ad to ult? this will effectively make him deal less ult damage too which is still less compared to late game and pre noxian might patch, august 2016. pls riot just buff a bit of his ult base damage early, not talking about 5 stacks, ult talking about the under 5 stacks ult, his ult do hilariously next to nothing damage at 2 to 3 stack, like less than a Q or even a W damage! and still poor damage at even 4. And 5?Well still less damage overall compared to pre noxian might buff only at lvl 6 and 11, hey don't laugh at me I know this for legit mained him from season 2 every day. but yeah definitely Just too much late game depending on how it is a finisher ability and not a nuke. thanks.
