I feel you. It wouldn't be that hard to add a toggle. I can get behind this.
I want this so badly. There are times when I'm split pushing and someone comes to stop me. If they don't have the damage to kill me ill ignore them and hit the turret, but the sunfire cape often gives me the turret agro. A toggle would be really useful for these situations.

If your buying sunfire cape your already tanky and the jungle things won't do shit to you because you're only there for 2 seconds they will rarely even get more then 1 hit on you. If your planning on freezing your lane why are you rushing sunfire cape? Just buy an omen instead.
Shouldn't be freezing lane if you're gonna build Sunfire cape. And usually it's tanky champs building Sunfire so the little nibbles from the wolf camp shouldn't be that big of a deal
If you want to freeze a lane don't buy Sunfire. It really is that simple, just adjust your build to your current needs.
You just have to learn proper usage of it. Rushing sunfire cape isn't really one of the best ideas anyway, but it can be a bit of a pain if laning phase is taking longer than usual. I love how sunfire isn't a toggle. Because it doesn't do *that * much damage, it would be so easily forgettable.
