4 new item ideas. What are your thoughts?

First Item:
Name: Svilnn's Shield Stats: 15 Armour 15 Magic Resistance Active: Gives you a shield that blocks all incoming spells for 3 seconds. (CoolDown 80 Seconds) Recipe: Cloth Armor + Null-Magic Mantle + 550 GOLD Cost: 1300 GOLD Sells for: 840 GOLD Where the name came from: Svilnn is a shield that protects the earth from being burnt by the sun. My thoughts: This item is meant to be a good sustain item. It's a great alternative to QSS because often in games there are more than just AP threats so this item gives you resistances towards both AD and AP.
Second Item:
Name: Shield of Evalanch Stats: 30 Armor 30 Magic Resistance Active: Grants you a shield that gives you 150 hp that lasts for 3 seconds. (CoolDown 80 seconds) Recipe: Cloth Armor + Cloth Armor + Null-Magic Mantle + 180 GOLD Cost: 1500 GOLD Sells for: 1050 Where the name came from: The name comes from the king Evalanch and it grants the owner heavenly protection. My thoughts: This item would be a great option for tanks going against champions that do both AD and AP like Jax. But this item is also good for being more tanky giving you both defenses for the AP midlane and the ADC.
Third Item:
Name : Kladenets Blade or Kladenets Sword. Stats : 65 AD 15 Magic Resistance 15 Armor Passive: Gains 20% attack speed over 5 seconds. (CoolDown 30 seconds) Active: Gives you a shield that blocks all incoming spells for 3 seconds. (CoolDown 80 Seconds) Recipe: B. F. Sword + Long Sword + Svilnns Shield + 550 GOLD Cost: 3300 GOLD Sells for: 2310 GOLD Where the name came from: This comes from a Russian fairy tale, also called the Samosek or Samosyok. The English translation is "Sword of Steel". My thoughts on this item: I think this would be a great item for many ADC making it harder for them to not get instantly blown in up in team fights by a Ryze or a fed member on the other team. I think this is a good alternative to a QSS because they may have an AD threat not just a AP threat. It just gives you and all around way to survive
Forth Item:
Name: Saracen's Shield Stats: 50 Armor 50 Magic Resistance Passive: Gives you a 20% more move speed over 5 seconds when 350 damage is dealt to you. Active: Grants you a shield that gives you 150 hp that lasts for 3 seconds. (CoolDown 80 seconds) Recipe: Negatron Cloak + Chain Vest + Shield of Evalanch + 280 GOLD Cost: 3300 GOLD Sells for: 2310 GOLD Where the name came from: My thoughts: This item is meant for top lane tanks also supports could use this item as well. But this item is good for escaping when taking heavy amounts of damage. Its could when dealing with multiple source of damage.
