Looking for an explanation on what i need to do to get a S. Kinda confused on how this wasn't even an S-. The rank that I was given was an A not even an A+. Also my score was 13/0/9 on Miss Fortune

no you had kills but not cs and cs is worth much more than kills. your grade is like 40% on cs and you had really bad cs.

pros were talking about it on their stream they said it was around 40% because most S ranks in a shorter game is based off of cs because the top players get really good cs rates. And your cs was really bad that game

yeah but you should try and cs more than get kills since a kill is worth around 15ish cs so if you have 5 kills but your lane enemy has 100 cs on you then he has more gold than you.
