Can we please get rid of unanimity in the Early Surrender votes?

Of course there are instances that you can "Pull back" from and "Turn it around". The problem I have is that Normals aren't for winning necessarily, they're for playing the game. Of course ranked play should stay the same, but for Rotating game modes and normals, I'm tired of seeing 4/1 surrender votes at the 15 and 18 minute mark because a troll/tryhard doesn't want to surrender. The Game's over, and even if we do win, it's not fun to get decimated and squeak by because the enemy team made a really bad play. Also I mostly want to surrender when i'm tired of playing the game, so now that some "troll/tryhard" is making me waste more time in a lost game, it gets frustrating and makes me not want to play anymore.
