What do I have to do to play with better teammates?

I'm only level 52 Predator Hecarim Jungle main, you guys will probably say like "oh you need to get better on your team and git gud, ez" but no. I'm always the lead of the team. Always with positive K/D/A (for example, last match I got a KDA of 18/6/7, still lose, and the last-last match I got 18/11/13, lose aswell, both S tier) and always be the member that have higher level/gold/item, and I always focus on my CS and objectives like dragons, rifts and barons as well as ganking, a lot. I've been winning 1 week ago but these days I keep losing continuously. My teammates aren't that bad, but they are like the new players that just got this game for 2 days, especially some of the ADC, they don't move while attacking(forgot what it is called). Now, I don't blame my own team or being toxic or cocky, what I say to my team is literally "play safe""don't go alone""place wards", and to their team "nice""I was tricked""don't be toxic". I play Draft a lot, but I don't play much ranked (even worse teammates), I'm Bronze III at the moment. I have never been a guy who always say things like ggez to their team when I kill, I also don't show mastery when I kill someone. Am I having bad luck or what? Literally, this is not funny, losing 6 games in a row is not fun and it even made me want to leave playing my favourite game.

Please help me guys, I want to have fun in this game and quit being a poor soul who's hanging out with his defeats.
