Weird Red Eye

So i just played a game of league and i was about to get drag, i was standing in the scuttle crab ward circle and randomly a red eye appeared and floated there for about 4 seconds. Just curious what it is?

red eye? the only thing i can think of besides a bug is tf ult and evelynn passive

Sounds like {{summoner:2}}, sad that it's so useless people can't identify it in the .01% of games it's used in.

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Clairvoyance Was it the eye shown as an example, but red? (denoting enemy clairvoyance)

EDIT: Yeah there was a bard in your most recent game with it, so that's what I'd put money on.
