No "Game found" box will pop up

Every time I go to queue up I never get the "Game Found" box with the accept or decline button. I stay in the lobby for like 5 extra minutes before it realizes I missed a game. I keep getting wait timers because I can't get into the game. I already tried re-downloading the game, I tried the patch repair. If anyone could help that would be awesome. And if they can help me fix it I would be willing to give them a mystery skin or two
