The strategy is good vs tank or mage. And it is really annoying, not even Lee Sin R worked for my team (Lee kicked in on low hp which killed him and so he stayed in place :) ). It is much more viable strategy than to be 0/0 tank top and then join teamights and try win 5vs5. Actually too strong strategy for the effort it takes imo.
