Champion Deletion

So there should be a way to delete champions you don't like anymore, not refunding them, but just like taking them out of your "Owned Champions" pool. I saw this for two reasons- A- (and this is just me, don't know if anyone else has this feeling) I like to have only 16 champs. Flat Not just because I hate them, its just I dont like them there. 16 champs. Its like OCD kinda(which I do have) B - ARAM Only because I want to get the Champions That I'm good at, not some random champ I good and have experience with.
