[GAMEPLAY] CloudFlare taking up half the screen???

So as soon as the game loads in after the champion screen, the game loads in with a huge Cloudflare notice at the top. It literally takes up more than half the screen. I Alt-F4'ed and relaunched/reconnected and it fixed the problem. Still, it'll tough if it's a ranked game, restarting might take a while for some people and it'd be unfair.

Not really any other way to reproduce the problem, I just started league up like usual. I did have Google Chrome open if that's part of the issue.

This is only the first time that this has happened, not really sure why.
