Gold 5/4 unable to get a game without someone going 5/10 or similar.

Hello everyone,

So the story is, i started playing ranked last season when Azir got reworked, my goal was to make it to Gold in all queues for the Gold rewards. I accomplished my goal by going gold in all queues in just 4 days spamming Azir. I was silver after my promos but fortunately in my games everyone wanted to climb and only had a few games with people going afk or not willing to win so I quickly ranked up to gold 5 in all queues where i stopped. This season however, I got to G4 and my games were going well and all until I hit my promos to G3, in my promos both 3 games my botlane was going 0/10 by the 10th minute mark. And it kept going like that since then, I cant play 2 games in a row where at least one of my laners wont go above 10 deaths in just 15 minutes, in most games its multiple lanes going over 10 deaths by the 15th minute. People are not trying at all. You can check my OPGG and give me your opinion, is there anything better I can do? Should i just play easier champs? I'm doing really well(compared to the time im given and before a 4/0 Irelia dives me at 14min) in lane and overall decision making but it just isn't enough when someone goes 5/10 and has absolutely no willingness to win the game.

I thought about playing at 2am thinking i wouldnt have any kids playing in my team but i had this guy saying i should ban zed or yasuo because they are easy to deal with and proceeds on going 0/5 against irelia before going afk at 10minutes. Last game there was a "Platinum" Ekko going 5/10, a 38% winrate player which goes more than 12 death in 80% of his ranked games according to OPGG, how is he Plat? Why aren't boosted players punished? /rantoff
