[GAMEPLAY] Me as Kha'Zix dealing True Damage to myself to help Yasuo kill me.

As you can see, I am Kha'Zix, before my fight with Yasuo I had 660+ life, then Yasuo engaged me, dealing 554 total damage as the Recap shows, which was not enough to kill me. But then there was an extra 200+ True Damage and reporting it as an assist from "PsychoWhite", me, with a Yasuo as my champ.

This has also happened again with me as Talon escaping a Le Blanc which wouldn't have killed me if I hadn't done 200 True Damage to myself. Unfortunately I don't have any evidence about this second case.

Both of these cases happened while playing ARAM.

This is a bug that I have faced a few times. But it's annoying because there is no description of what caused that True Damage.

I am constantly checking the Death Recap to see what caused my death so I can improve by avoiding doing the same mistakes. But how can I avoid that 200 True Damage when I don't even know what caused it?
