xFresko2 votesSitting at 51% shows that she's not too strong or too weak. She's in a good place. She would be obscene if even one of the two "love taps" happened. Her laning phase is already strong, so giving her mana sustain would have her destroying most lanes. Giving her ult a 1.5 second knockup/stun would have you winning nearly every 1v2 gank post-6, and give you two tentacle slams in a teamfight if you have a spirit pulled (Immediate slam, and enough time for a W). A fed Illaoi would one shot the backline with that.
Id imagine a 60%+ winrate with those changes.
