Anyone else think Cassiopia and Brand is not at right place?
Seriously, until now i still dont understand why brand passive work like poison. And Cassiopia work like Arsonist
If 
was Poison man: His passive:
If enemy poisoned to much they get stun. "Q"
If enemy already poisoned, they get more damage by poison. "W"
If enemy poisoned, they will spread poison to nearby ally. "E"
If enemy poisoned, poison will attract more to enemy. "R"
If 
is arsonist:
Q : thow a fire torch at enemy burn them for 3 sec.
W : thow gas to enemy, if enemy already burned, pee gas to enemy.
E : Burn a place, deal DOT.
R : Lightning Blow the FIRE, Stun enemy.
Maybe will be skin or rework day for both of them please?
