Whatever happened to the "Counterplay" change to Fiora Riot?

I know some people will disagree even changing her but she does have a significantly high winrate and decent pickrate rivaling Rammus another champion people have begun banning especially at high elo however....

I remember Riot stated some months back they had plans to increase counterplay vs. several champions

These champions include: Akali Yasuo Talon and Fiora

We have had changes to 3 of these 4 already, Akali lost her armor and MR on shroud so AoE is good against her. Yasuo got a much weaker laning phase (some would say too weak) as a counterplay to his good lategame Talon had his silenced removed so you could react to his burst follow up after cutthroat

but no Fiora changes have yet to hit PBE or have been mentioned anywhere.
