Im super disappointed there hasn't been the harrowing update yet. and not a post from riot saying the harrowing is approaching. Halloween in Overwatch started early October and ends November first and that is fantastic! i dont wanna play harrowing through November i want to play during October the month of Halloween!!!! Also why is it just the teemoing shop and 3 skins? oooooo wow so much for Halloween. what happened to the spooky map they had before and all the other skins they would normally add in. i wasnt around S1 and S2 but i can clearly see that they made way more skins and even made a Map skin because they cared about the community. Now the only thing that matters to them is worlds and dont really care about harrowing. also the same thing could be said for Snowdown, it looked way better before.

Guess ill be downloading a custom skin for harrowing and snowdown.

Patience. It comes out more than likely late tonight or early tomorrow morning :)

I'm assuming it's a typo for the 21st since the Special Game modes usually occur on weekends and last till Tuesday at 1 am.

It will be going on for two weekends straight, so the last day you'll be able to play is October 31st.

Doom Bots has a map skin do idm. I'll be playing that more often than norms/ranked while it's up anyways.

Riot stated last year (which turned out to be a lame Harrowing compared to past years) that the Harrowing is no longer tied to October and can strike at any time. I imagine it went down something like this last year:

Rioter 1: "Oh shit, we have to deal with Worlds and an event this month?! Move one!" Rioter 2: "Right, we'll move Worlds to be a little later or earlier next year." R1: "What are you, insane?! That'll piss off the esports people. Move the other one." R2: "But it's the Harrowing, it only makes sense around Halloween." R1: "We're Riot, we decide what makes sense!" R2: "The players are going to be pissed." R1: "If they're not related to esports, fuck 'em." R2: "I'm well aware of our new company motto, it's at the bottom of every email." R1: "Also make sure that new dynamic queue is ready to ship. It's going to be great." R2: "The soloQ players have already rallied against it. We should probably do both-" R1: "Company motto."
