Banned until Feb 22 and i dont even know what i did!!!!!

I am pretty pissed of about this because i dont think i ever do much wrong in league. i try to be nice and shut my mouth when i wanna flame at a troll. recently got an email saying i was banned for almost 4 months and i was super pissed cause first i didnt know what i did second because that's such a long time and third cause im gonna miss good sales and snowdown and lastly i have sent riot multiple emails and have not gotten a response. Anyone know why someone would get banned for almost 4 months and where can i find out why i got banned thank you.

ive actually been perma banned. i think im gonna cry orsomething jeez

it says ive been banned until feb 22 then it says 22:22:22 UTC 2105 whats this?

What is the year for your ban? Feb. 22 XXXX? The year Riot gives you is a code for what you were banned for.

Sounds like you got a permabanned, check the end year again.

What was the ban for? If it was for chat stuff you can post the logs and we can probably give you quite a bit of insight on it.

if you think it was a mistake you can submit a support ticket.

We are asking you to check the year. It might be a credit card issue.

You are almost certainly perma banned if it says feb 22. The only 2 duration bans they issue are 14 day and permanent.

It probably wasn't chat related now that I think about it since you would be able log in and see the chat logs.

You should have an email about it, what does it say?

I looked through your match history and didn't see anything obvious other than quite a few AFKs but that wouldn't result in a perma ban.

That's only partially true. Right now, if it was a chat-based ban that was caught in a random, manual audit, the logs aren't automatically sent and a support ticket needs to be sent to receive them.

@OP That's why we want the year on the ban. Different years used indicate why the account was banned, and which one determines how we can best advise you on how to handle this.

That is true but it would be very unusual. The automated systems are very effective at chat infractions so I doubt much is handled manually, if any at all.

There should be a year attached to your ban date. This year is a code Riot uses to determine why you were banned. Wherever it told you that you were banned until feb 22, that's where it should tell you the year. If you can find the year and tell us what it is, we will be able to give a little bit more help.

While 2105 isn't on their list, it's right between 2104 (Inappropriate Name, which doesn't seem likely) and 2106 (Billing Issue). Anything happen with the way you've gotten RP?

i did buy some rp but then my credit card company said said that someone else was using the credit card so there deactivated it could this be why?

In that case that is definitely why.

Contact support. Make w/e payment is owed and you will get your account back.

Yes, its a chargeback.

Its important to get this handled quickly. If its not handled within 14 days then it will apparently become a dispute between riot and your credit card company and your account will be locked for 60 days.

You need to submit a support ticket, no one on the forums can help you with a payment issue.

What says there are no charge backs?

Your bank might not consider it a charge back since they were just blocking the translation as a precaution.

Tickets take time and updating your ticket moves it to the back of the line. My average response time is about 1 day.

riot support sight says there is no chargeback. i have contact riot and its been 3 days now no response. i need to know if it s charge back and how much and i would be happy to pay

I couldn't really find any confirmation but 2105 seems to be a billing issue. Which would just mean you need to resolve that to get your account back.
