Now I know what you are thinking, "it would be too strong", but it has a longer cd now. It should be able to kill stuff since it can only be used when Q lands which can be flashed, cleansed, or just stopped watched. Lux NEEDS a BUFF since she didnt see that much comp play.

Can we also give Tryndameres Ult 200 extra ad when he uses it? Can Darius Ult also Double it's scaling at 5 bleeds. Can Aatrox Ult just straight up increase his aa range by 500. Can Morde ult stat steal scale with ap? Your the guy who would want these things.
Yeah it just needs to be flashed cleansed or stopwatched you know things that have longer cooldows then this ability

If you aren’t dealing enough damage, try some of these tricks:
Try to Q -> E1 -> AA -> E2 -> R -> AA if you are in range. The two extra passive procs help a lot.
Build

. This build path allows you to snowball against squishy champs hard.
If the enemy team is full of divers and assassins, build

. These give you tools to poke more often, and to help soften up disengages.
You are CC immune (save for suppression) while channeling your ult. Surprise divers that rely on stuns like Pantheon with a blast to the face.

Lux is sitting at 21.6% pick rate with a win rate of 49% because of recent patch and her most used runes is aftershock...so honestly, get lost.
The cd is actually lower then it would be since they're compensating for the passive removal. Besides having a decently low cd.. have you heard of ultimate hunter and presence of mind? Yeah those exist. You know how much damage lux ult does with 1000 ap? Over 1000. How much with 140%? Over 2000. You can already nearly oneshot with r and the setup is extremely easy as well as lux being one of the safest mages in game. No thanks.
Let's just make it so that when lux ults, the enemy's nexus blows up Yeah? Yeah
