What if every champ could jungle?

In my time playing League I have seen a lot of weird JG picks, and they don't work at all. Annie, Ashe, Karthus jung. The people that play them tell us they know what they are doing but mostly end up not getting the most from their champ.

But what if the jungle or a set of items were balanced so anyone could do it?

We would still have the problem of the OP junglers, the ones at the top because they can jungle and gank the best.

If you're talking about clears, yeah, there could theoretically be a set of items that would work for that. Gank strength is more a function of champion skill set than anything else; champs like Vi and Pantheon gank like a boss, but champions like Xerath just don't offer that kind of pressure.

levels 5-6 on most any champ and you can hit the jungle.

I've tried it with my entire champ pool of supports, ADC's and them slow pokey tanks.

it only works if your team knows just what the hell you're attempting. and assists in the early bits (the 'Leash')

Nothing is as fearsome as an unexpected Jinx barreling out from the bushes buffed to the teats and hungry for blood.

Then this game would be incredibly boring, because every champion would essentially need to be carbon copies of eachother in order to function. The reason there are so many different champions in league is because of the large number of different things each champion can do. There's a bunch of examples of this, but take the adc support lane. If both champs were similar, this kinda situation wouldn't work.

Every champion can already clear the jungle just fine. The only one you'll have any issues with is Urgot at first due to mana if you don't know what you're doing.

I think xerath would have a rough time also. There are certainly things that could be done to help every champion become better at clearing, but it isn't worth doing because its not where the champion will ever be strong.
