Bring back urf

I thought about it and it seems when riot says league playrates fall due to urf Well i think its because people get toxic against going and when they don't ban them due to getting toxic resulting to getting banned Which absurd i just want to play my favorite champ All day in urf Honestly ARURF pisses ME OFFFF I hate getting then rerolling and getting Which is just unfair Im sure you all could agree
