Fixing/Balancing Smurfing

I have accepted, much like receiving a prostate exam, the truth of smurfing. People are going to do it. However I feel the spirit of smurfing is only truly seen in lower elo's bronze and silver and I think that is a shame.

What I propose is reverse smurfing. 1/20 matches in plat and above receive a random bronze player on a side. Yes, he will feed horribly. He will wreck the game and yes, it will be funny. Don't worry! It will all work out in the end....statistically. Sure, you wasted a half hour but it will absolutely be worth it to experience the love and adventures of smurfing in an elo near you.
