Soraka Changes for Season 4(Path of the Golden Banana)

I used to love Soraka but her and Taric are the most boring supports to play.

To give back some Soraka love I recommend reworking both her passive and star call. Star call is impossible to balance with the shred and aoe. Her passive has been on the table for a rework for some time now So here is my suggestion.

Soraka, Path of the Golden Banana

Passive: Autoattacks provide a small aoe damage and aoe heal of 5+(1xlevel)+(0.1AP).

Starcall: Soraka channels for 4 seconds or provide a toggle calling down shards in an around her. Similar to a Gangplank ult centered on her. This ability needs to be either super high based damage if they enter this zone or provide some method of CC as a way to fend off ganks.

These would both be a ton of fun and provide Soraka with active stuff to do during late game besides trying to time those heals. Make her feel both aggressive and defensive in the balanced way Sona is. Besides, who doesn't want to throw explosive banana's?
