Hey i have played Singed since season 1. and are pretty much an OTP (One Trick Pony) Singed player... i think i have over 4000 wins and loses on him spread over a lot of accounts. and i feel like its really simpel not to make him to strong or to weak... like the most famous item on Singed is Rod of Ages , i think i stopped building it since season 3 because of Rylai's Crystal Scepter offert me all the damage i wanted and added the cc to his poison. the hard part is to make it without mana. in my experience i think mana items make Singed weak compared to a lot of other items, and his passiv converts 25% of his maximum mana into bonus health... but he only starts with 291 mana and his Fling cost 100 mana. so he can basically only Fling you 2 times befor you run out of mana... so my suggestion is to give him less HP and more mana so its rounds up to the same as it is... if you give him 519 HP to start with and + 100 mana to his 291 mana you end up at 616 HP again which is what he starts with. it will not only make him an early lane bully but also make him able to sustain and farm for a longer time in lane, but also give him space to decided if he wanna fight his lane opponent or not. i know they made The Dark Seal but forceing a champ to buy Rod of Ages or The Dark Seal is not fair in my opinion.

What if his mana scaled with HP instead of his current passive?

Ur right about him being a otp because his q is the main source of his dmg so he needs more abilities that can actually deal dmg. Like his w dealing dmg when it hits or his e dealing more dmg and having more range.

Singed is fine the way he is. Also getting Dark Seal is mostly for the +25% to potion healing and the mana it gives is icing on the cake. I love playing Singed and I've never heard any of the High Elo Singed mains complaining that Singed is weak or unbalanced. He's fine the way he is. Oh and you don't need to build mana on him because his natural mana pool is more than you need if you're actually good with him.

I love the new RoA on singed: The new catalyst passive allows you to sustain yourself while proxying or being chased very effectively: -It converts mana you spend into HP; guess what you are constantnly spending Mana because of ur Q.

It convers HP u lose as mana. Guess what you r constantly taking minion aggro or being chased by enemy champions. so u r getting back a lot of mana

I see Singed only on the free rotation modes and he looks pretty strong - high dmg and almost unkillable.

when a champion's intended design build is not optimal. there is something wrong. look at ekko.

singed is supposed to stack mana with roa and archangel. but tbh that hasn't been going that well. right now the best way to play him is to build liandries into rylais and then go tank. simply his kit puts him in danger of being you know. collapsed on. and that doesn't work very well in you know solo queue. especially with all the mobility champions right now it just seems you can almost never catch anyone and never run away. like i watched some singed montages from s2,s3,s4 and it seems like he was a lot more viable then. one of my in game friends has some 75% winrate with him in ranked and he mains him. when i play him. i gotta say singed is one of thise champs that it doesn't matter how many times you died. you just need to push waves. but then again you don't want to be dead all the time. they need to work something for his passive. and i would like. some interaction with his ult and q. the stat boost of his ult. is weak. the only good thing that comes of it is the movement speed boost.

i remember building full ap on him a while back. literally some 800 ap and one or two mr items and i was doing no damage. at least with liandries and rylais you have cc. and you still do some damage to tanks you aint killing nobody. an adc can lifesteal through your damage but idk if you can pester around in team fights your of some use.
