Bursh Auto Attack Bugged?

Is it just me, or is it a bug when i press auto attack in to a bush, to try to hit illaoi tentacle, but then it still delays my attack with 1 sec even tho A attack command is supposed to be a prepared mechanic to auto attack the first target it sees ?

the same goes for Teemo shrooms, you can now see his shrooms with oracle from outside the bush in ARAM, but it still doesn't work if i press Auto attack in to the bush my champ still runs straight in to his shrooms?
