Can someone comment on alkali. Do you think Akali is in the right place right now? or if not what should be changed about her? I think she was overnerfed personally Due to her last E nerf. I am hopping a Red Comments on this post but we will have to see, so we know if they think she is in the right place. Or if someone would like to share how they compensate the nerf with build or play style.

Her win rate did almost drop by 5% at some point. but after her popularity also drop by 5% we see a increase in win rates.
I hypothesize that people who don't know how to adapt to changes and just complain abandoned her due to constant loses, while the successful akalis remain. Whether we'll see a rise in popularity has yet to be seen.
They did increase 
ap to be more suited for akali (imo more ap stats is better)
she's not exactly balanced yet, but at least people like OP makes her look weak enough for riot to not take any drastic actions.
imo she's close enough to being balanced with all the tank buffs coming up.
Right now, she is probably in a spot where she'll get nerfed whenever she gets popular. The good news is that she isn't that popular right now.
