Very Low character quality now Very High Bug

The character quality has decreased by a lot. The champion looks fuzzy and weird on top of the environment because of the quality. This has started right after the 5.10 patch. I have pictures linked underneath with pictures of the same champ and skin in 5.9 and 5.10, but in this case the ashe with smite (5.9) is on medium character quality , while the ashe with heal (5.10) is on very high character quality. But with these setting the 5.9 mediums looks 10x better than the settings of 5.10 on very high. If it helps explain this i am on a Mac. Also i would like to note that the log in screen has still been on bard and hasn't changed but that is not really a problem compared to the character quality now.

p.s: i made a claim about the environment quality last patch and if you look at the pictures you can see the environment quality has been fixed from the two pictures, the environment quality wasn't that bad and i got used to it, but will i have to wait a whole other patch for a fix for this? idk if i can get used to this change. Anyone else with similar issues??
