Bullet Time

Don't you think Bullet Time does just a little bit too much damage? I thought the whole point of marksmen was to provide sustain damage in the form of (mostly) auto attacks.

Her ult can outright kill people in it's duration. In tight spaces where there is no place to avoid it and she's not CC'd this easily destroys teams by itself. That is insane. The damage the ult is capable of doing needs to be looked at, period. It was nerfed once for doing far too much, and it does even more than it did then.
