Talon E vs Anivia wall

Is it a bug or is it intended that Talon could jump over Anivia wall with no cd put on his E? I saw a video from the perspective of Talon, and it seems the wall would go red (like the terrain from summoner's rift), but when placed again, Talon could just jump over again.

are you saying that he could jump over the same wall right after he jumped? or a wall that anivia places a few seconds after he just jumped a wall.

If the second option, it would make sense because it's not the same wall technically. She's creating a new one therefore no cd would be made for it until hopped

Yeah the second option is what I was asking about. Anivia creates a wall, Talon is able to jump over it, and when wall comes off cd->placed again, Talon is able to jump over again

That isn't a bug.

It is new terrain so he is able to jump over it again without any issue.

In a sense, this just means that Talon has slightly better counter play against Anivia.

I don't really see this mechanic making all that much of a difference however.

I am also confused about what you are referring to.

This video by Lazo (dated October 18, 2016) shows that when Talon jumps over Anivia's wall, it is marked red so that Talon should not be able to jump over it again.

If you are referring to the 2 second cooldown before Talon is able to jump over another terrain, .. that should still trigger, and does in this video, so if you are seeing this not happen, I would say it is a bug.

If you have seen this in a recent game that you have played, it would be very helpful if you could record and upload a clip of it using the in client replay system.
