Hacked and then Temp Banned (No idea how)

All games played (ranked flex/aram) were me, while the ranked solo games were not me. If you could track ips I think you would see that the games were played on a different ip

I haven't played in a while, but when I do play I usually play on my other account. This account was hacked and the guy played my ranked solo placements for me. Before you say he was scripting or hacking and I paid him, the guy went 3-6 (feeding and afking in some of them). On the day I noticed my acc was hacked (I was on my other acc), I immediately changed the password. When I try to log in today, I was temp banned for around a month. I checked the email sent which said I broke terms of use? If someone would give in some insight in why I was banned, that would be great. In all my years of playing league of legends I dont think I've ever been banned for being toxic (I have been toxic once a while, but who hasnt?)
