Concerning the runes reforged iterations on PBE

I just wanted to mention to any perusing Rioters that I really like the changes to Dark Harvest, Gaurdian, Arcane Comet, Zombie Ward, Eyeball Collection, Sudden Inpact and so many other runes during their time on PBE.

The changes to Press the Attack I am a bit more iffy on, but precision was always destined to be my least used tree anyway as I despise playing the adc role (though Teemo is fun despite his marksman designation and Quinn was fun post rework until they added the blind back and took all the damage away).

Anyway, thank you for fixing so many things so quickly. It is impressive and preseason looks more exciting every week. I keep annoying my brother and our friends talking about it.
